McKayla Mathewes

Denver, Colorado

I always played sports and danced growing up, but I never felt like I had found my home or something that I was truly good at until I set foot in the gym. I earned my IFBB Pro card in Wellness at age 23, making me one of the youngest IFBB Pros at the time. Bodybuilding gave me the structure and discipline that I needed to be successful. Living this lifestyle and taking a step back from bodybuilding as a competitor and diving into functional, hormonal, and gut health has allowed me to take my love and passion to the next level and marry optimal internal health with habit change and reaching new heights with my clients as a team.I'll push you, challenge you, but I will also teach you and give you skills that will last a lifetime.

I love coaching because I get to play a vital role in helping people realize that they can achieve whatever they can conceive. This journey is not just about fitness, but about creating the life you want to live in ALL aspects.

Mike Mathewes

Denver, Colorado

I played football, wrestling, soccer, baseball, and track growing up. I went on to play D1 Football at University Colorado Boulder. I then transitioned into bodybuilding and the corporate world after graduating. Later on leaving the corporate world to do what I love most, coach!

I needed to learn how to adapt an active lifestyle while doing 60hrs a week of corporate sales. I then needed to learn how to adapt again when I did a national sales role traveling to a new state each week while competing on a national stage for bodybuilding. Through my experience in the corporate world, I learned how to achieve my fitness goals no matter the load or ambiguity of schedule that was thrown my way. I conquered the corporate schedule and I help others do the same.

Bodybuilding has given me the experience of nutrition for bulking and cutting. Football has given me high level expertise in functional athletics & sports. My experience in corporate has taught me how to accomodate for the busiest of people. Together, I make for a valuable, adaptive, and effective coach from youth athletics, to bodybuilders, to corporate conquerors.

Why I Love Coaching:

I like to see people outgrow themselves in ways they did not know were possible both mentally & physically. Most importantly, I have had over 50+ coaches throughout my life. Each one changed me for the better, some changed the entire trajectory of my life. I am forever grateful for them. To be able to give that back to others has no better feeling.

My Coaching Style:

I will push you, I am direct, I don't like to beat around the bushes. If you choose me, you chose to come here to work and to get better and to hear the things that you need to hear, not what you want to hear. We will get that DOG back in you!

Kimmie Croson

I've maintained an active lifestyle by dipping my toe into as many modalities as possible, from college soccer to running marathons, powerlifting and competing with NPC bodybuilding. I believe the best way to workout is the one that works for YOU.

I also believe that in order to be successful with your fitness goals, you must prioritize functional fitness, proper nutrition and proper recovery. My graduate work is in Nutrition and I run a bodywork recovery company that focuses on stretch and corrective exercise.

Why I Love Coaching:

I truly believe that anybody is capable of creating the best version of themselves. You just have to figure out what works for your specific lifestyle. Personally, I have found that it often takes an outside perspective to push past plateaus and see progress. My passion is in watching my clients grow in every aspect - fitness, mindset, and self confidence.

My Coaching Style:

I love celebrating wins big AND small. I am all about honesty and self accountability. I am here to give you guidance and tools for success, but it is YOU that ultimately has to put in the effort to see true change. I will push you, but I am also here to help you have fun along the way.
